1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zyntra Digitals website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Zyntra Digitals provides digital agency services including but not limited to brand identity, web design & development, UI/UX design, motion & 3D, SEO & growth, digital marketing, and cartoon & gaming design.

All services are provided on a project-by-project basis as agreed in a separate service agreement or proposal. Specific project terms, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in that agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Our Work

Upon full payment, we transfer the intellectual property rights of the final deliverables to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Zyntra Digitals retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Third-Party Assets

Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, etc.) used in your project are licensed under their respective terms and may require separate licensing for commercial use.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information needed for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or materials within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have the legal right to use any content, logos, or materials you provide

5. Revisions & Changes

As stated on our website, we offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with the final deliverable. Revision requests must be reasonable and within the original scope of the project. Major scope changes may require a separate agreement and additional costs.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues for a period of two years after project completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zyntra Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement as outlined in the specific service agreement. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
